The DAO apparently claims to make neutral presentations on cop shooting cases.
I do not believe they make neutral presentations. The DAO uses the simulator to indoctrinate grand juries and put them in the shoes of the shooting cop. That is not neutral. Lots of non cop civilians claim self- defense and the DAO doesn’t make any effort to put the grand jury in their shoes; the DAO seeks and gets no bills when it’s a non-cop doing the shooting.
The DAO claiming they make a neutral presentation alone shows the DAO bias. In no other type of case do they make or claim to make a neutral presentation.
I think the DAO often goes in batting for the cop and that’s not neutral. Claims of neutrality are in my opinion false.
