I worked today. In the middle of my day my Mom called. She is 90, she listens to the news non-stop. She listens to 3 books on tape a week. My Mom has seen a lot. But, my wonderful mother never witnessed right wing lunatics forcefully take over our Capital at the behest of a criminal President.
This day shall forever be remembered as a National Disgrace. Trump, his lunatic followers, and GOP enablers shall forever bear the stain of this day.
Never forget today. January 6, 2021 shall forever be a stain in our nation’s history.
I thank those in law enforcement who today risked all in the protection of our nation. I also question, why were there not adequate police to protect the Capital? Why were those who attacked the Capital allowed to leave after openly violating the law?
God Bless America and God Damn the Criminal Trump!
