If we examine Donald J. Trump, it’s clear he is the moral antithesis of an Eagle Scout. Consider the 12 traits found in the Scout Law. He has not one.
The Scout Law says a Scout is:
Trump has none of these traits. He is the worst example for kids of what a man and a leader should be like. He is a lying, backstabbing, disloyal, self-absorbed, phony, rude,mean-spirited, lawless, angry, cowardly, foul mouthed, school yard bully who worships his own image.
Somehow 63 Million Americans saw fit to vote for him. Let’s pray to God it doesn’t happen again.
Client charged in Federal Indictment In “Operation Wrecking Ball” with 55 named co-defendants. Client faced seven charges. Client was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine and Conspiracy to Engage in Money Laundering. The Government alleged the client, a Houston professional, defrauded the Small Business Administration out of over $150,000. The Client faced up to 20 years in prison on each count. The Defense investigated the case and negotiated a deal that included the Government not opposing a probation. The Federal Guideline calculation was for a prison sentence and the Probation Department recommended a prison sentence. Attorney Fickman submitted a 90 page Defense Sentencing Memorandum asking for Probation.
