Friends – Its hard to watch Nazis march on Our streets. Even harder to watch our moronic, vile President defend them while the GOP stays mostly silent. But do not let Trump and these cowards get you down. Remember, Gandhi said, “All through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall.” Trump will fall. So take heart. These dark days will not last forever. Trump will continue to engage in horrid acts and we will continue to fight him. But he will not be President forever. He will either be impeached, forced to resign or defeated at the ballot box. As a people, we come from strong stock. We survived a civil war, the Great Depression, two World Wars, McCarthyism, the Cold War, the assassination of JFK, RFK and MLK, and 911. We will survive Trump. I have joined in Protests against Trump and the fascists in DC, College Station and Houston. Millions of Americans stand united against Trump. He is an aberration in American Politics. The pendulum swung so far to the right that it broke off and allowed for his election. Once rid of him, I do not think any other moronic lunatic extremist will soon con their way into the White House. Finally, we are a nation of laws. Trump may not accept that but that doesn’t matter. Special Counsel Robert Mueller is out there on the hunt. If we have some luck, Mueller will help rid us of the blight known as Trump. We will survive this and prevail!
